Editorial Use
Images available through Catwalk Pictures are licensed exclusively for editorial use. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, they may not be used for advertising, commercial promotion, merchandising or any other commercial purpose.
Copyright
All images remain the property of CatwalkPictures and/or the respective photographers. A licence grants permission to use an image only for the agreed purpose and does not transfer ownership or copyright.
Courtesy Images
Certain images are supplied by fashion brands or their representatives ("Courtesy Images"). These images remain subject to any additional conditions specified by the respective rights holder, which form part of these Terms & Licence.
Photo Credit
All published images must be accompanied by the appropriate credit, as specified by CatwalkPictures or the respective rights holder.
Image Integrity
Images may be cropped when necessary for editorial layout. Any other alteration, manipulation or modification requires prior written permission.
Payment
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, licences become effective upon payment of the applicable invoice. CatwalkPictures reserves the right to suspend or revoke access in the event of overdue or unpaid invoices.
Artificial Intelligence
Unless expressly authorised in writing, images may not be used to train, fine-tune or develop artificial intelligence, machine learning or similar automated systems.
Restrictions
Images may not be used in any unlawful, misleading, defamatory, offensive or otherwise inappropriate context, or in any way that could damage the reputation of the people, brands or organisations depicted. Any use beyond the agreed licence may require additional permission.
Liability
While every reasonable effort is made to ensure the accuracy of captions and accompanying information, CatwalkPictures cannot guarantee that all information is complete or error-free. Users remain responsible for ensuring that their intended use complies with applicable laws and that any additional permissions required for publication have been obtained.
Governing Law
These Terms & Licence are governed by the laws of Belgium. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Belgian courts.
